I thought I would write about part II and III separately, I found it not of an interesting read.. but there is a striking change.. in my approach..
with studies, it is always about the content not the presentation. if you have enough strength in the content you provide.. people more than capable of understanding!! now.. (at least for me) it is not about the content.. but how far I can convince my management about an idea and my ability. The challenge is, some times they can't understand and most of the times.. the don't listen.. :)
Anyways.. So far.. things are working fine for me..

ONce you have proved yourself {which might have already happened in ur case :-)}, people will automatically listen ...in fact they will come forward and realize the importance...
Even in academics, there are lot of painful things.. depending upon prof: no independence, sometimes working as pair of hands, no inspiration for those painful work.. etc... i think both have pros and cons...
AT the end, the one who deserves will get good things only !!
