Long time back..

I asked a question.. Can you really think this simple.. after all these?
The ones made me think more cynical.. made you think simple. how?

PS: I really wonder about the uniqueness of every Human's perception. I know that you can engineer the same at individual level.. How to do that at group level?

PPS: Some time back I posted about my interest in thermodynamics of biological phases. It helps in engineering biological phases. Phase is a bulk of similar species right?

as everyone knows and feels, i too feel that:

Science cannot be applied to thoughts, emotions, perceptions ..

If it can be applied, then world will have not unique humans , like what you have mentioned..

Its good in one sense.. so we have variety.. lessons to learn.. makes us more matured , etc..

Its bad in one sense, that its so disordered.. and scrambled.. making this world unpredictable..

recently, i read that one college student at 21 or 22 age met an untimely death while running for a marathon for good cause, in chennai.. he did not have previous medical history.. he was a good performer in NCC.. but that young life is no more..probably science can answer y he died.. cardiac arrest.. but it cant answer the emotional pains of his family..

just posting a thing came in my mind quickly..

When we try "why it is so".. the answer will come.. But we never tried.. We have other things to take care of..

But one way.. its better to take care of the things we need to.. and no need to bother about all this when we cant try.. it is necessary only when we can really try.. I think so.. But still I have to find out a lot ofcourse Am I correct or not..

I dont have belief in materialistic things anyway... But still I behave in materialistic ways.... when that cloud of ignorance will be gone everything will be fine.. atleast for me.. Time will come.. I am waiting for that..

aarthi, I know of similar incidents..

@arun..
knowledge(knowing-that) is a mostly meterialistic. Read about 'Epistemology' (can find some info with wikipedia). It talks about beliefs, truth and it's connection with knowledge(knowing that as opposed to knowing how?) you might find interesting...
