@aarthi: It is a direct outcome of the shot. I guess the effect is because the focus is not good. Actually, the auto focus feature the camera I used for this shot struggled a lot and finally it ended up like this. :D
This is at old house right? I think there is also similar photo which is focused and still looks like a painting!, used to be your desktop wallpaper once..
