I had a my own version before this.. "Pain comes from expectations." :) Assuming what ever that books says 100% legitimate truth.. funnily I equated emotions to pain.

Thoughtful reading early mng.. Its very true.. Emotions are painful.. But will we change? NO.. we will live with emotions and die with emotions.. We cant change ourselves..So lets accept it.. along with the pain..
